How we select and measure our crystals for their energy quality

We are the only supplier in the UK and Europe that measures crystals for their subtle energy qualities, ensuring that each crystal is authentic, natural, and free from heat treatments, radiating beneficial energy. (Most crystals available for sale are either treated or lack beneficial energy, regardless of what you may read on forums.) All of our crystals are carefully handpicked, cleansed, and charged using our specialized plates.

All returns must be approved by Perpentina staff before being returned to us, by contacting us at perpentinahealing@yahoo.com You must notify us of your wanting to return the item within 7 days (one week) after your item is delivered. Items may only be returned if they are in unused and resalable condition.
If you received incorrect or damaged items, we will cover return costs of the item/s. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged items.
Damaged items can not be refunded unless damage was incurred during shipping. To show that damage was incurred through shipping, you must take a picture of the unopened, damaged package upon your receipt of the package and email the picture to info@perpentina.org to show damage which can then be declared to the shipping company.
We are unable to take returns on crystal kits items. All sales are final.
We request that your return item/s are trackable. We are not responsible for return packages not received.
